Transaction in Own Shares

Sepura plc (the "Company") announces that it has today transferred from treasury a total of 2,174 of its ordinary shares of £0.0005 each ("Shares") for the purpose of satisfying awards under the Company's 2008 and 2010 Sharesave Schemes at exercise prices of 60 pence and 34 pence per Share respectively.

Following the above transactions, there are 63,675 Shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company (excluding treasury Shares) is 138,581,756. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in Sepura under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
