On 18 September 2008, ITE acquired 260,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 123.14p per share. These shares will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase, ITE holds 5,314,024 of its ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 248,039,463 ordinary shares (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue.
