SThree plc announces that on 2 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 71,176 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 206.7444 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 207 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 205.5 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 131,016,059 ordinary shares of 1p each.
