St Ives plc - Transaction in own shares

In conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, St Ives plc ("the Company") advises the market of the following:

That, on 12 May 2015, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 27,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 177.60 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 212,500 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 130,126,076 ordinary shares of 10p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.
