Rapid Realisations Fund Limited (AIM: RRF), today announces that on 29 May 2008 it purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at price of 92p.

As a result of this transaction, the Company holds 105,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 59,895,000 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
