Enterprise Inns PLC11 October 2007 11 October 2007 Enterprise Inns plc - Repurchase of own shares Enterprise Inns plc announces that it has today purchased for cancellation100,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 647.4176 pence perordinary share. The highest price paid was 653 pence per share and the lowestprice paid was 636.5 pence per share. Such purchase was effected pursuant toirrevocable instruction given prior to, and as announced by Enterprise Inns on,28 September 2007. Following the above purchase the total number of ordinary shares in issue andthe total voting rights in the Company (excluding shares held in treasury) is510,667,054. Of these 10,027,700 shares are held by Employee Trusts and are discounted forearnings per share calculation purposes.
