Creston PLC14 September 2006 Creston plc (the 'Company') Exercise of share options and transaction in own shares The Company announces that on 14 September 2006, 27,560 options over ordinaryshares were exercised at an exercise price of 150 pence per ordinary share. Theissue of ordinary shares pursuant to this exercise were satisfied by the issueof ordinary shares held in treasury. The Company announces that it purchased 27,560 of its Ordinary Shares of 10peach on 14 September 2006 at a price of 178.5 pence per ordinary share. TheCompany intends to hold these shares in treasury.
