Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 510,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 225.00p, the lowest price paid was 220.80p and the average price paid was 222.5435p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 16,783,936 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,137,743,689 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
