TP ICAP GROUP PLC (the "Company") announces that during the period 09 March 2026 to 13 March 2026, it purchased to be held in treasury (through Peel Hunt LLP acting as the Company's broker) the following numbers of its shares of 25p each on the London Stock Exchange.

The remaining 743,801,611 shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
