Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 675,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 211.50p, the lowest price paid was 208.20p and the average price paid was 209.9848p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 26,532,569 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,127,995,056 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
