Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 705,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 206.30p, the lowest price paid was 202.90p and the average price paid was 203.9498p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 25,357,569 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,129,170,056 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
