Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 6 April 2018, it purchased 235,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 63.20 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 108,345,981 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
