Commoditrade Inc.17 December 2007 17 December 2007 Commoditrade Inc ("Commoditrade" or "the Company") Transaction in own shares Commoditrade announces that on Friday, 14 December it purchased 4,800,000Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each at an average price of 20.01 pence per share. The highest and lowest price paid was 20.5p and 20.0p respectively. All thepurchased shares will be cancelled. The number of Ordinary Shares purchased to date represents 7.44% of the votingrights attributable to the total Ordinary Shares in issue prior to suchpurchases. The Company has 353,848,114 Ordinary Shares in issue. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
