Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 350,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 224.50p, the lowest price paid was 215.80p and the average price paid was 218.4769p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 1,822,697 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,152,704,928 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
