The Company announces that it repurchased 53,545 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1108.00 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 112,674,899 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 168,959,011. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
