TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
International Personal Finance plc announces that on 9 October 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 83,945 ordinary shares at an average price of 462.1674 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 470.4p pence and the lowest price paid per share was 455.9 pence.
Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,602,395 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,102,701.
