Repurchase of Shares

Duet Real Estate Finance Limited (LSE: DREF), a registered closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey, announces that on 5 April 2013 the Company repurchased 12,500 of its ordinary shares at a price of 88 pence per share approximately 0.02 per cent of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.

The repurchased ordinary shares will be cancelled immediately, following which the Company will have 75,000,109 ordinary shares outstanding with voting rights.
