SThree plc announces that on 18 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 69,322 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 177.1555 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 185.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 173.25 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,141,493 ordinary shares of 1p each.
