Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 567,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 183.40p, the lowest price paid was 169.70p and the average price paid was 173.9889p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 36,806,879 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,117,720,746 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
