Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 949,710 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 179.50p, the lowest price paid was 173.30p and the average price paid was 176.7272p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 41,622,589 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,112,905,036 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
