Transaction in Own Shares

29 June 2010 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has entered into an irrevocable and non-discretionary arrangement with its broker, Merrill Lynch International, to repurchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company, to be held in treasury, during the Company's close period commencing on 1 July 2010 up to and including the day prior to the release of the Company's Interim Management Statement on 15 July 2010.
