Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 63,537 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 98.39 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,423,981 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 72,797,258.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
