Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 7 November 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 120,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 625.5577 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 464,007,254 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
