Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 19,576 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 602.50 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,181,291 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,129,428.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 41,781 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 65.13 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 15,354,987 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 83,116,199.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
