RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that on 12th December 2012, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 145,280 Ordinary Shares at prices of €11.8573 and €11.9565 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 7,508,827 Ordinary Shares in
Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 726,312,616.
