Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 79,466 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 108.69 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,442,521 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 68,668,497.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Cash

The Company has today purchased 72,809 Managed Cash shares for cancellation at 99.07 pence per share.

Following the transaction the number of Managed Cash shares in issue is 3,909,030.

The Company does not hold any Managed Cash shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
