Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 23,495 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 106.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,390,932 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 73,354,986.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 19,201 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 777.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 5,567,830 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 32,609,393.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
