Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 118,935,590 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 6,273,682 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 112,661,908.
This above figure of 112,661,908 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of FW Thorpe under the DTRs.
