JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc purchased 20,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 1016.2167 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 29,412,119 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 70,061,732. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
