The Company announces that yesterday it purchased 36,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 277.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
As a result of this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 10,911,876 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 36,000 treasury shares.
