MAVEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT 4 PLC
On 17 November 2011, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 150,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 73.0p per share and 50,000 of its S Ordinary shares at 74.0p per share.
Following these transactions the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 8,396,589 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,861,009 S Ordinary shares of 10p each and, therefore, the number of voting shares in the Company is 13,257,598.
