Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited: Transaction in own shares

Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the "Company") announces that on 14 May 2008 it purchased 600,000 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 0.675 per share.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 12,996,824 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 314,803,176 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
