Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT), ("Ocean Outdoor", "Ocean", or "the Company") a leading operator of premium Digital Out-of-Home ("DOOH") advertising in the United Kingdom, announces that on 28 March 2019 it purchased for Treasury the following number of its ordinary shares ("Shares") pursuant to its US$25 million share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 21 March 2019:

Following the purchase of these Shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 53,858,515 (excluding Treasury shares), and the company will hold 62,329 shares in Treasury.
The figure of 53,858,515 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
