EPE Special Opportunities plc announces that, on 22 November 2010, it purchased 12,500 ordinary shares at an average price of 37.00 pence per share. The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 37,500 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 30,854,161 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
