Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 550,065 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 225.05p, the lowest price paid was 231.40p and the average price paid was 226.5449p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 7,267,064 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,147,260,561 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
