28 March 2014 Purchase of Own Preference Shares Premier Farnell plc (the "Company") announces that on 28 March 2014 itpurchased in the market 712,948 of its cumulative convertible redeemablepreference shares of £1 each at a price of £16.05 per share. The number ofcumulative convertible redeemable preference shares in issue following thispurchase is 3,236,471. The shares acquired by the Company will be cancelled.
