Transaction in Own Shares

Meggitt announces that on 10 November 2014 it acquired 163,600 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 483.3193 pence per ordinary share. The highest and lowest prices paid for these shares were 484.8 pence per share and 477.9 pence per share respectively.

Following settlement of the above purchase, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 809,002,389. Meggitt does not hold any shares in treasury.
