Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 331,196 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 176.20p, the lowest price paid was 174.50p and the average price paid was 175.4839p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 63,554,724 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,090,972,901 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
