SThree plc announces that on 14 May 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 27,345 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 193.9736 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 195pence per share and the lowest price paid was 192.25pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 131,478,295 ordinary shares of 1p each.
