Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 25 July 2014, it purchased 168,701 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 1730p each.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,817,035 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure (14,817,035 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
