Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 31 October 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 100,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 632.4114 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 464,087,245 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
