Transaction in Own Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 28 March 2025, it purchased 21,524 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 371.85 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in treasury. This represents approximately 1.03 per cent of the Company's shares repurchased since its last AGM.

In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 246,209 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above purchase VNH has 23,543,930 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 196,210 which are held as Treasury Shares.
