Telecom Plus PLC08 January 2008 Telecom plus PLC (the "Company") Transaction In Own Shares - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital The Company is pleased to announce that it had on 7 January 2008 purchased441,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 192.5 pence per share to beheld in treasury. Following this transaction, a total of 3,069,341 shares will be held intreasury. The total number of shares (excluding those held in treasury) in Telecom plusPLC is therefore 65,962,522.
