TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructions issued by RB on 28th June 2016, as announced on 28th June 2016:
