Schroders plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its non-voting ordinary shares of £1 each on the London Stock Exchange from J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

Number of non-voting ordinary shares purchased: 31,600

Lowest price per share 2286.0000 pence

Highest price per share 2323.0000 pence

Weighted average price per day per trading venue: 2299.3563 pence

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 56,648,595 non-voting ordinary shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury.
