Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 13 December 2016, it purchased 74,753 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.08% of the issued share capital at a price of 135.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 91,809,577 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
