3i Group PLC05 August 2005 3i Group plc On 25 July 2005, 27 July 2005, 28 July 2005 and 1 August 2005 it was announcedthat 3i Group plc had respectively purchased 350,000, 750,000, 500,000 and425,000 of its own ordinary shares of 53 1/8p each ("Shares"), forcancellation.
