Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 442,712 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 185.20p, the lowest price paid was 182.80p and the average price paid was 184.3431p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 59,072,629 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,095,454,996 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
