Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 9,765 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 815.72 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,075,124 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 31,838,828.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 15,882 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 107.21 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,663,165 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 71,027,367.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
