Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 25,000 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 821.65 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,534,042 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 31,451,631.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
